Solutions Specialist is responsible to drive solution revenue as it relates to office-class software products including PaperCut, ShareScan, AutoStore, eCopy PDF Professional, and XMedius. In addition, the Solutions Support Specialist is responsible to support other solution opportunities as directed by the Director of Application Technologies; managing solution quotes with solution partners as well as Lewan sales team; and managing and tracking M&S renewals. Other responsibilities include being a subject matter expert (SME) for the above-mentioned suite of office products demonstrating command of product capabilities, qualifying, technical requirements, and ability to demonstrate products in both live and virtual settings. Lastly, the Solutions Specialist may be called to assist in other solution-related projects as directed by the Director of Application Technologies and the Vice President of Sales.

  •         Assist in driving revenue in any way you can including the support of other "non-office class" solution products as well as helping to advance equipment and managed print when appropriate

Solution Opportunity Support - 30%

o   As directed, support the DIG sales team in solution opportunities with actions that could include pre-call planning; appointment support; providing product information; assisting in proof of concepts, presentations, and demos; proposal generation; team trainings; and other actions as needed.

Quoting and Managing Renewals - 20%

o   Work with vendor/partners to collect and manage quotes for entire portfolio of solution products

o   Provide timely SPW (solution pricing worksheets) to sales organization while ensuring benchmark margins and accuracy

o   Deliver all SPWs via SalesForce within the respective account and maintain a database of quotes and opportunities

o   Manage all software renewals. This responsibility includes working with vendor/partners to create a forecastable pipeline of M&S renewal revenue and trigger dates; generating and delivering customer-facing quotes and ensuring transactional efficiency

o   Be organized, accurate and constantly working to improve and automate processes

Personal Sales of Office-Class Software Products into Existing Base - 50%

o   Use business intelligence to make phone calls into our current base of customers to introduce and create opportunities for the products listed in our office portfolio (PaperCut; ShareScan; AutoStore; eCopy PDF Pro; XMedius Fax Cloud and Premise).

o   Own all aspects of the sales cycle

o   Be expert at delivering Cisco Webex demos
