Responsibilities:

As a Lewan NetDesk Analyst you will provide a wide variety of customer support over the telephone to new and existing customers regarding network installs and training. The primary location for this position will be at the Lewan corporate office, conducting remote installations of print drivers, configuring scanning functions, installing security programs, and much more. You will triage customer questions as they relate to networking.

  • Assist customers, sales reps and network analysts as needed with related issues regarding networking installs.
  • Heavy customer inbound and outbound phone and email volume.
  • Support existing connected equipment.
  • Support customers over the phone, in-person and via written communication.
  • Provide technical expertise to Account Executives and prospective customers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook and eAutomate.
  • Install software and troubleshoot software challenges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in the Managed Print industry/Hardware Technician
  • Experience with basic IT networking
  • Experience installing software on various Windows platforms
  • Experience with MAC OS, specifically with printer install and management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and reliable self-starter
