As a Lewan Network Analyst, you will support existing customers in Multifunctional Device connectivity, application support, and network integration in customer environments.  Approximately 60% of your time is spent in the office and 40% spent at customer sites. The Network Analyst will have exceptional customer service skills, providing support both in-person, over the phone and via written communications. You will install and configure software solutions and be responsible for level 1 and 2 support.  The ability to learn continuously is a crucial skill, to stay up-to-date on technologies including desktop, scanning, document management and others.  You will also participate in sales meetings and customer demos, lending your IT generalist expertise and product specific knowledge. You will be joining a team of professionals with an average tenure of 22 years at Lewan.


  • Installation and network configuration of new equipment
  • Support existing connected equipment
  • Support customers over the phone, in-person and via written communication
  • Provide technical expertise to Account Executives and prospective customers
  • Travel to all Lewan branches and customer sites for support
  • Document case notes into eAutomate and Salesforce
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least five years' industry experience
  • Experience installing software on various Windows platforms
  • Experience with MAC OS, specifically with printer install and management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Indicate the minimum qualifications needed to effectively perform the essential functions and responsibilities of this position. Include all relevant knowledge, skills and abilities, including education and experience requirements.
  • Knowledge of the Nuance product suite, DocuShare, MFiles, and Papercut is helpful
  • Ability to think beyond the Certification
  • Ability to work independently with a team dynamic
  • Network + preferred
