As a Lewan Order Management Rep, you will provide support to a sales team and their manager.  The core competencies of the job are invoicing and processing of orders (cash and lease), approving paperwork to ensure proper revenue recognition and audit compliance, act as liaison between the leasing companies and your sales team, and actively ensuring that all "billable" transactions are invoiced to maximize company revenue. You will enter sales orders, resolve credit issues, submit credit applications, and much more. Desire to provide a world-class customer experience (to our external and internal customers) and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment are a must.  The Team you would be joining is one with average employee tenure of 18years, is highly motivated and committed to helping Lewan succeed by supporting our sales team and continually looking to improve operational efficiency.  We are looking for someone to complement our existing team with a can-do attitude, ready to take on a role that will challenge you each day and will provide feelings of accomplishment and satisfaction from contributing to a bigger mission.


  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented as it relates to paperwork and other legal documents
  • Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of sales support, billing clerk and/or related experience. 
  • Some college preferred.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
