Responsibilities:

As a Lewan Application Specialist, you will work with our print monitoring team to collect device meter readings, remotely install eMetering software, troubleshoot application installations, audit and analyze account information, and much more. The Application Specialist will need to work with technicians, engineers and non-technical personnel to resolve operating system, security and network issues. Significant time will be spent contacting customers or scheduling appointments via phone or email for installing or troubleshooting software applications. Occasional visits to customer sites to perform onsite verification may be required. This position requires the ability to work with a team and on your own as well as be self-motivated and reliable.  This is an entry-level position.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree and/or equivalent IT certifications such as A+, Net + or IT experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.  In particular, Outlook, Excel and Word experience.
  • Proven customer service skills with heavy outbound customer call experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and move from task to task quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a variety of personality types. 
  • Highly self-motivated and reliable work ethic.
  • Must be flexible to customer needs and demands.
  • Entry-level sales, service (or other customer-facing experience) preferred and recommended.
  • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines for small daily projects, and large seasonal projects.
