Responsibilities:

As a Dispatch Call Manager, you will provide a wide variety of customer support over the telephone regarding service and supply issues and requests, with an emphasis on dispatching field engineers and closing service calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch field engineers to service calls and collect closing information from the field engineers when service call is completed

  • Assist customers, sales reps, and field engineers in placing supply orders and service requests via phone, email and fax

  • Assist customers, sales reps and field engineers as needed with service-related issues

  • Heavy customer phone contact

  • Moving calls to another technician for to cover FTO

  • Email call load to entire team daily

  • Coordinate prescheduled calls

  • Verify all calls are showing in techs queue

  • Ensure correct info in service call

  • Find calls for techs when they run out of calls (if asked)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven customer service phone skills with heavy customer contact preferred

  • Ability to multitask to prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a variety of personality types

  • Ability to type 35 WPM minimum

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Highly motivated and reliable self-starter

  • Must be flexible
