Lewan Technology, A Xerox Company, is seeking an administrative service professional to join our team.


The Entry-Level Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with customers via phone, email and/or via other technologies as applicable. Duties include but are not limited to, remotely installing software applications, troubleshooting application installations, collecting, auditing and analyzing meter data for customer accounts. The Meter Application and Collection Specialist will need to work with technicians, engineers and non-technical personnel to resolve operating system, security and network issues. Significant time will be spent contacting customers or scheduling appointments via phone or email for installing or troubleshooting software applications and collecting meter data. Occasional visits to customer sites to perform onsite verification may be required. Position requires ability to work with a team and on your own as well as be self-motivated and reliable.

  • Associate Degree and/or equivalent IT certifications such as A+, Net + or IT experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. In particular, Outlook, Excel and Word experience.
  • Proven customer service skills with heavy outbound customer call experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to critically prioritize tasks and move from task to task quickly with efficient time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a variety of personality types.
  • Highly self-motivated, superior work ethic and reliable.
  • Must be flexible to customer needs and demands.
  • Previous entry-level sales, service (or other customer-facing experience) preferred and recommended.
  • Must be organized and able to meet deadlines for small daily projects, and large seasonal projects.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must maintain car insurance with company acceptable limits
  • Ability to work a 40 hour per week schedule Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Will need to pass a background check
